In order to avoid multitasking we recommand to group tasks that have the same type Type:
Countdown: When a task must to be delivered 0.5 point by day shift (one work day is composed by 3 x 0.5 point)
Example: At 8 AM we have this Task
Title: Write a documentation BV: 8 CV: 3 HV: 5 CT: 1.5
The Task Value indicates when it will be appropriate to do the task : R+0 or R+1 or R+2 etc. ("R" for Round)
The more a task has a high Business Value = sooner it must be done
The more a task has a high Complexity Value = sooner it must be done
The more a task has a high Happy Value = later it must be done
The more a task has a low Countdown = sooner it must be done
